Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email.
Pack with Care
Place your items back in the original biodegradable packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and refund once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
